Parent and Tot Fitness

Parenting is the best….except when its not. These classes are, fitness classes with a twist, we put our needs and the needs of our littles first. Whatever you need this is a safe place. Options for every-body are offered and encouraged. My plan for the class is to help us become stronger, more flexible and more body aware. We will work with functional movements especially those faced by new parents. Multi-directional, multi-joint movements. My hope for the class is we gain a community, learning the art of self care. This is NOT about weight loss (it may be an outcome but is not the focus-and not a discussion in this class)
