This fun class has us enjoying gentle flow yoga, (incorporating options for Every-Body and all yoga levels) with socializing adoptable pups from The Saskatoon Dog Rescue.
We suggest age 13 and up (little kids tend to get too excited by the pups.) HOWEVER if you deem your child to be mature enough to enjoy the experience letting the pups move freely for everyone to play with, please feel free to register them. Parents need to accompany anyone under 16 years.

Doors will open 15 minutes prior to class starting (1245pm). Second Act Studio is located at 205A Pacific Ave. Please use door located on Pacific Ave. Door will be shut at 12:57 to allow me to get things started on time. My cell number is 306-229-3125 however it will be shut off once class starts.
